Mount Holly Launches Stroke Recovery Program

Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Lumberton, N.J., has launched a specialized Stroke Recovery Program, the first of its kind in the region. Led by Dr. Tracey Harris, the program provides individualized care for stroke survivors, focusing on restoring physical function, improving mobility, and addressing cognitive and communication deficits. The program is designed to meet the rigorous standards set by the American Heart Association for stroke rehabilitation. Mount Holly’s skilled nursing facility, equipped with advanced therapy technologies, is also pursuing the AHA’s Skilled Nursing Facility Stroke Rehabilitation Certification.
